I was so excited to be able to get to these photos on my iPhone. I was a bit of a nuisance to others on our kayaking trip as I shoved my iPhone in their face and forced them to agree that these are the two most adorable perfect grandbabies in the world. Of course that always opens the door for others to throw pictures of their grandchildren into the contest. I just smile sweetly and pretend to be bowled over by their pictures. But secretly inside I feel sorry for them because their grandchildren pale in comparison to mine!
Hugs to both of them from Tia. It's killing me to be so far away and to see the huge changes in them both just since our visit in June. Life is so short and childhood is such a precious time. Every year I spent two weeks with my grandparents and it was the most precious time for me. I wish so much that we could do that with Becca and Madeline, but we'll have to take our time in short spurts as we are able to get to Michigan.
